Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

Life is not always easy. It’s a journey filled with unexpected challenges, worry, and stressors that can be difficult to navigate. However, you don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to hold space with care, and acceptance as we begin to explore your story.

Your story matters.

Hi! I’m Sandra (she/her/ella) and my goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to explore the challenges you are facing, understand your needs, and move toward lasting change. I truly believe we all have the strengths to help us get through these difficult moments. So, you can expect our work to be collaborative and engaged with compassion and genuine curiosity. This is a journey of discovery, healing, and growth.

“Viva” means to live in Spanish and my hope is that through our work, you can move toward living a meaningful life aligned with your most deeply held values.

Services

Individual Therapy

I work with adults seeking support to develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others while facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and stress. I use a client-centered, culturally conscious, and trauma-informed approach to develop intentional and healthier responses. I also utilize EMDR, a trauma-focused method of healing, to help heal past, recent, and present-day experiences that continue to cause distress in everyday life.

Clinical Supervision

I am currently not accepting new LPC Associates.

Supervision provides a safe, supportive space for LPC Associates to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their clients, and as well as enhance their professional development. I provide supervision from a relational and developmental framework that draws from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral theory, and attachment models.
